She loved singing from a young age. She enrolled in Parker Elementary School, a music magnet school in 1990 and also attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts before moving on to the Alief Elsik High School. She auditioned for an all-girl entertainment group when she was eight.
In addition, she was enrolled in dance classes at a young age, and
started flourishing an interest in music and performing after participating in a
school talent show, with Knowles claiming first place after singing John
Lennon’s “Imagine”. In fall of
1990, Knowles enrolled in Parker Elementary School, a music magnet school in
Houston, where she would perform onstage alongside the school’s choir.
Throughout her childhood, Knowles attended various performing-related schools
across Houston. The rest of her early life remained adventurous.
